First Hill Media is first and foremost a Web game publisher. That’s why we started our Developer Affiliate Program. It’s our way of partnering with Flash developers so that we both get the most out of the relationship. Our Developer Affiliates qualify for our highest level of support, distribution to over 150 Flash game portals, and special revenue-generating sponsorships that are, well, game-changing. We believe the relationship between developer and publisher should be based upon mutual respect and shared success. If you do well, so do we. And vice versa. It seems obvious, but we know it isn’t always like that. |

| Developer Affiliate Program |

| As a member of our Developer Affiliate Program, we’ll work closely with you to adjust our level of engagement to suit your needs, game by game, project by project. Some developers want assistance from our in-house producers, a team as comfortable giving gameplay and UI notes as they are driving a schedule. Others want only to leverage our virtual distribution network to ensure the widest possible exposure for their Web game. First Hill Media welcomes both types and everyone in between. |

| When our advertising and media clients ask for custom or branded games, widgets or Facebook and MySpace applications, we turn to our Developer Affiliates. By matching the right project to the right developer, First Hill Media guarantees high-quality results while also providing the opportunity for additional revenue to our developers. We are always seeking good Developer Affiliates with experience in Flash development, Social Networking sites and iPhone apps. |

| Royalties |
|
| At First Hill Media, we believe in royalty deals that are typically more generous than the industry standard. This leads to happy developers, which in turn results in more-inspired games, which leads to increased plays, resulting in yet more money for developers, and so on. Mutual respect equals shared success. And while the details of individual deals may differ, our philosophy is to maximize the return to our Developer Affiliates. |

| Innovative Revenue Streams |
|
| First Hill Media has signed revenue-generating sponsorship deals with Neurosky, maker of the MindSet brain-control peripheral, and Vivox, the premier provider of voice chat functionality to Social Networking sites and virtual worlds. Both of these technologies are designed to increase game stickiness and repeat plays. And best of all, the added functionality has the potential to generate increased revenue which we will share with participating Developer Affiliates. |
